Simplify Your Life

We at SolarCompanies.com don't often tout certain lifestyles, but we ran across an article on Yahoo.com that is led us to an interesting man. It is all about a guy who simplified his life. 

Glenn Morrisette is a musician who does a little of this and a little of that with the television industry. His job is unique in that he doesn't actually need to come into a studio to record songs and what have you. Given this, he decided to make a unique move in his life. He got rid of his apartment and lives in a swank van traveling the country. You can read about him on his blog – tosimplify.net.

Lest you think he is rolling around in an old beater VW Vanagon, he is in a nice big van. He powers the batteries with solar energy, which is our tie in even if it is tenuous at best. Regardless, he does a new post each day and gives readers an idea of what it must be like. I'm not sure I could live in a van permanently, but have to admit the pictures he posts are damn tempting.
