Are the Monsoons this Year Aggravated by Global Warming?

By L. Winslow

Every season, we see anomalies in weather in the World, but each year on average they are plus or minus the same as we have always seen. Yes, some regions will get record setting events in both high and low temperatures and with the advent and usage of more and more sensors to measure, we see more of these anomalies as well.

Are the Monsoons in India and Indonesia worse this year? Flooding has killed so many, but every year people die from the floods that the Monsoons bring. The Monsoons come every year at the same time within a few weeks. If these storms come to early it washes out the fledgling crops and seeds, resulting in famine. If they come to late in the season then fledgling crops die of no water.

Monsoons are normal and when humans build on flood plains, they are silly. When people cut down all their trees to sell and live in low-lands they are foolish, yes this is to be expected from humans. It is also often a human trait to find another cause or blame, such as a God or Gods who are angry or as the Global Warming alarmists would have you believe, the emissions of CO2 from industrial pollutants.

The fact of the matter the weather over the last 100-years is really not much different than the weather over the previous 1,000 years, which is pretty similar to that over the last 10,000 years. Climate Cycles are normal, attributing normal weather anomalies that come with the Earth's normal weather patterns is just superstition. Sincerely, Lance.
